DND 5th Edition

On the half-elf page it says they have a feature called "Half-Elf Versatility" and the only source marked is the standard PHB, but the PHB only has the standard Skill Versatility (gain two skill proficiencies) - in fact, this page is the only place I've been able to find with that racial feature. Has the source just not been marked yet?

The Half-Elf Versatility is an optional rule included in the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide. The page has been edited for clarity.
